EAT. PRAY. LOVE.

Tonight, my assistant, Carla and I headed to the Grove to see the movie, "EAT. PRAY. LOVE". I had read the book a couple of years ago and remember it being such a spiritual journey, not just for the author, but for myself. I had ended a relationship and like Liz was trying to find myself again, or to find my word. It's interesting that so many of us are consumed by our day to day that we don't ever stop to just have a little fun. Because in that fun, when we aren't so SERIOUS is when we begin to find ourselves and our true happiness. What makes you happy? Have you ever pondered it? Have you ever wondered what was missing in your life? At the end of the day, it's not just about smiling with your heart, but you should also smile with your liver!

Whether it's seeking the best food journey in your life (allowing yourself to indulge every once in a while instead of counting every miligram of a calorie!), or on the search for spiritual enlightment (because you've lost everything you believe in and aren't quite sure what to believe in?) or maybe you are on a mission to find love (to discover love, to feel love, to embrace love, and even open up to love!) Whatever it is,  . . .if you EAT, PRAY, LOVE, all things in life are possible!

Not sure if it's your cup of tea, then just LET YOURSELF GO! Check out the trailer below & marvel at Julia and her phenomenal talent!
